Fillable PDF Forms now available for use.
Fillable PDF forms allow the form to be completed with your computer keyboard prior to printing or saving making for easier and neater completion of the forms.
Fillable PDF forms may be downloaded and when opened may then be filled in by typing the necessary information into the fillable boxes. Check boxes may also be filled by clicking on the appropriate check box. Once the form is completed the form may be printed only requiring the necessary signatures to finish the process. Please then mail the completed form along with applicable fees to the registrar. The registrar address is included on each form. Any PDF viewer should work to fill in the information on the forms and allow for printing of the completed form. However Adobe Acrobat Reader will not allow saving the completed form to a file on your computer. You may be able to save the form using alternative PDF viewer such as Foxit Reader or PDF Xchange Viewer or others. The completed form may also be saved to your computer by using a second PDF printer to save the completed PDF form. When you select print the PDF file then also select the PDF printer installed on your computer as the method to save the document to a file.
