USPHA is very pleased to have Mr Brooks as our National Show judge and he brings his extensive knowledge based on his truly exceptional expertise and many decades of experience with the breeding of Peruvian horses and officiating as one of the most highly respected and popular judges at the many US National Peruvian Horse Shows he has Judged over the past 5 years (judged Nationals shows for all organizations in the (SA) as well as National Peruvian Horse Shows in other countries. Mr Brooks, together with his wife Juanita and their daughters and grandchildren, have been active breeders for 3 decades at their Tapo Alto farm in central California. They and their family have been valuable and dedicated participants in their Regional Clubs, and in helping to introduce and educate the public about the Peruvian Horse since the early 1980's.
We encourage all who wish to enjoy the experience of competing with their Peruvian Horses to make plans to attend the 74th US National Peruvian Horse Show this coming September 27 and 28.
